Dear Sir or Madam,

Before you set off with us, we would like to ask you to read the information below carefully and attentively.

Due to regulations and the required insurance, participation is only possible if you can answer all questions positively. In addition, we are obliged to have you sign for the information below and to check this before departure. Of course, we will handle your data and answers with great care and adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation.

Our skippers are all trained to go out on the water with you in the most comfortable way possible. Upon arrival on board, the skipper will welcome you and explain a few things so that you can enjoy going out on the water in one of our boats, so-called ribs. Our ribs are specially equipped and furnished for driving with guests and have a proportional engine power and not the maximum power. Before you go on board, you will of course receive an approved life jacket from us and, if necessary, a suit that is waterproof.

On board

Always follow the skipper’s instructions and directions..
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory while on board.
Sitting and/or standing in places other than your jockey seat is not permitted.
Taking mobile phones, (video) cameras and other valuables is entirely at your own risk. We advise you to leave these on shore as much as possible and we accept no liability for loss or damage.
Hold on tight when driving with the rib. Make sure you stand with slightly bent legs while driving, so that you can absorb any wave impact.
If you want to stop, raise your arm with a fist and shout “STOP” to the skipper in a loud voice.
Persons under the age of 16 are only allowed on board if they are accompanied by an adult.

To have read the instructions carefully and to answer all questions thruthfully.*

To be completely healthy. Not to suffer from joint and/or muscle complaints, not to have knee and/or back complaints, not to have high blood pressure or heart complaints and not to be pregnant.*

Not to have any other medical conditions that could affect driving on board a RIB.*

Not to use any medication that could affect reaction time.*

Not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.*

FDSportevents BV accepts no liability for damage resulting from death, injury, accidents or harm to the participant during the activity, unless there is intent and/or gross negligence and/or deliberate recklessness on the part of the skipper and/or employees of FDSportevents BV.*

FD Sportevents BV reserves the right to use photographic or other recording material taken during an activity for promotional purposes.*
